IQNA – The leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement stressed strong support for the resistance in Lebanon and Palestine.

Speaking Tuesday on the anniversary of the departure of the US Marines from Yemen back in 2015, Abdul Malik Badreddin al-Houthi warned that the fingers are on the trigger.

“If the enemy resumes war on Gaza, we will take action (against the Israeli regime) immediately. We (also) support our brothers in the Islamic resistance of Lebanon and the Lebanese nation.”

He referred to the Zionist regime’s crimes in the West Bank in recent weeks and underscored the need for Arab and Muslim countries to pressure the regime to stop the crimes.

The Yemeni leader also dismissed the two-state solution for the issue of Palestine as useless and called on Arab countries to change their approach to the Palestinian resistance and fighters.

Arab governments should change their negative policies against the resistance and Palestine and start to support Palestinian fighters financially, politically and media-wise, he added.

He warned that the Zionists pursue a dangerous plot that target all the Muslim Ummah as they seek to dominate a large part of the Muslim lands.

Al-Houthi further said many Muslim countries think the US is different from Israel but in fact they are the two sides of the same coin.

He regretted that some Muslim states relied on the US and ultimately suffered losses for that.

He cited as an example the ultimate fate of the Arab leaders who followed the United States and were easily cast aside by it, noting that there are many examples in this regard.
